My instructor was knowledgeable and very practical. All the instructors in the past 4 courses I've taken have been so far. They are the real deal in practicing what they preach and sharing their experience with us. I gained so much from each course in all realms of health; spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical, especially in this current course of IMS 3, I'm confident anyone who decides to take their courses will get a lot too.
The education and experience that CHEK courses provide is the most comprehensive program you will find. I have a masters degree and over 28 years of experience in the field of lifestyle coaching and exercise and prefer to spend my time and money utilizing the CHEK system over other certifying systems.
