HLC3 took my health coaching to a whole new level, specifically having tools to incorporate more of the spiritual elements into my coaching. Angie has not only personal experience, but has coaching tools including handouts, homework, and models to make this very difficult yet imperative coaching subject more concrete and accessible to clients.
HLC 3 gives coaches powerful tools to help clients transcend deep rooted issues. More conventional approaches fall short of true healing because they will not address root causes. This course empowers the practitioner to uncover mind-body connections at several different reference points ultimately leading the client to their own awareness of what can bring them back to wholeness. The method of correlating eastern sciences meridians, reflexology, body mind themes, elements etc. with modern holistic approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis was really brilliant. I feel the harmony very many schools of thought woven masterfully. In my own researches, I have met many distortions based on narratives of each book, and to find and the Holistic Lifestyle level 3, is a synergistic synthesis of it all is exciting! Like golden honey nectar produced in synthesis of pollen from every direction.
